Cancellation Window
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled class time through the booking syste
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made within the 2-hour window or failure to attend will result in the forfeiture of that class credit from your active package.
Membership Expiry
All membership packages have a strict expiration date. Expired passes cannot be extended, renewed, or refunded.
Transfer Policy
Membership packages are eligible for a one-time transfer to another individual. Please contact studio management to process the transfer.

Class Packages & Memberships: All purchases for class packages, drop-ins, and memberships are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions: Refunds are not provided for unused classes, expired memberships, lifestyle changes, or failure to use the services within the designated validity period.
